   Mr. Guzhi was born in June 1971, his native place being Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, graduated from economic law department of Southwest University of Political and Law. He has ever been engaged in economic management and legal counsel in large enterprises for many years, and has been working in Sichuan Zhonghong law firm 2002, now being an outstanding lawyer of Sichuan Barrister Law Office.
