The foreign-related department is a business unit being attached great importance in this firm, which is composed of lawyers who are familiar with international trade, foreign investment and WTO-related laws.

1. Providing legal advices on feasible analysis of foreign investment projects, advices on the choice of the investment environment, advices on grasping business opportunities;

 2. Providing such legal insight, consulting, and risk forecasting in establishing foreign investment projects, investment situation and structure;

 3. Reviewing, drafting and making such foreign-related legal documents as investment letter of intent, agreements and contracts;

4. Assisting or participating in business negotiation of foreign-related investment projects, and giving interpretation and advice on the terms of the contract and the related law;

5. Providing domestic and international bidding services for large infrastructure projects, and large equipment;

6. Acting as legal counsel of international bidding and purchasing of foreign investment projects loans in World Bank, Asian Development Bank;

7. The agent of mediation, litigation and arbitration of all types of maritime cases, the agent of general average claims and recovery, and carriage insurance of goods by sea.
